Kirk Menard has more than thirty years of experience as a Human Resource Professional. His background includes responsibility for managing a variety of HR functions, including professional recruitment and selection, training and development, labor relations, compensation and benefits, and employee relations. Kirk held HR positions at General Cable Corporation, GTE Sylvania and Sterling Drug, Inc. At Sterling, he was VP, Human Resources for the company’s worldwide R&D division and coordinated corporate initiatives in organizational development, performance appraisal, succession planning, job evaluation and pay-for-performance programs.

Kirk is also an experienced consultant and management instructor with expertise in a variety of areas. These include strategic planning, organizational design, quality management, business ethics and compliance with labor and employment laws. He has been an instructor and facilitator for numerous courses and professional development programs at the New York State School of Industrial & Labor Relations at Cornell University, the Sage Graduate School, The College of Saint Rose, Siena College, the State University of New York at Albany and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Mr. Menard received a B.S. degree from Cornell University and a M.B.A. from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
